Our Millstream Track and Field team will be attending the district Track Meet on Friday, June 7 at Royal Bay High School. If you and your child are attending, please see the important information below:

Important Event Information
WASHROOMS
Convenient restroom facilities are located at the field house adjacent to the track. These facilities are accessible to track athletes, parents/guardians, and guests. Please note that access to the school building itself is restricted.
CONCESSION STAND
The Royal Bay Secondary School leadership class will have a concession stand outside, near the basketball court. Kindly note that only cash payments will be accepted.
PARKING (MUST READ)
To ensure the smooth operation of our event and maintain positive relationships with Royal Bay Secondary School and the community, we kindly request that attendees refrain from parking at Royal Bay Secondary School or engaging in drop-offs/pick-ups at the school premises. Please also avoid parking in neighboring businesses or residential areas. Instead, we have designated parking available, located just a short walk (less than 5 minutes) from the school. A crossing guard will be present to assist with traffic flow and provide guidance.
Anyone attempting to pickup/drop-off off at the school or in the school parking lot will be asked to remove their vehicle right away.
Parking Directions for Elementary Track Meet:
If you’re traveling down Metchosin Rd:
- Turn onto Latoria Rd.
- Continue along Latoria, past the first traffic light.
- Look for the crossing guard stationed at the crosswalk on Quarry Street.
- Turn left onto Quarry Street and follow the instructions provided by the crossing guards to access the parking lot.
For those coming from Westshore Parkway:
- Turn onto Latoria Rd.
- Keep an eye out for the crossing guard positioned at the crosswalk on Quarry Street.
- Turn right onto Quarry Street and follow the instructions of the crossing guards to reach the designated parking area.
